A few pregnant mamas I chatted with this week told me about the ache / pain they have had in their lower back, just on one side. It hurts to walk, and for some it creates more pain through one of their glutes and down their leg.
This is VERY common during pregnancy and postpartum healing.
It is also VERY easy to relieve. Most of the time :-)
My favorite pose for addressing this pain is Pyramid Pose. It took me 2mins to explain this one, so you'll have to ensure two short videos to get the gist of how to do it.
