A pose for low back pain

I do not recommend this pose for pregnancy, but it is AMAZING for toning and healing your low back BEFORE and AFTER pregnancy. 

It teaches you to isolate your pelvis, and creates a really nice stretch that also develops your inner core strength.  Cool huh?
