How to relieve a back ache if you can't get onto the floor

Oct 08, 2017

Sometimes we don't have the time, space or company to get down onto a yoga mat on the floor to work out our aches and pains. If you're looking to move your spine, to address an achey lower back or tight shoulders, then a 'standing cat/cow' might do the trick.

Take a look at this video and see how you feel afterwards.

(If your belly is touching your legs once you squat down into the chair position, please try widening your stance - a little wider than hips, with your knees tracking over your toes)
