Even if you have done prenatal yoga before, please make sure to be extra conscious of how each pose makes you feel. Some days a pose may not work for you, and some days it may feel great. Every day will feel different. In this short video, I provide some important things to keep in mind while you're practicing your yoga, as these are signs that you need to come out of the pose.
In summary - come out of the pose (carefully) if you feel pressure in your eyes, tightness in your chest or any kind of dizzyness.
