Looking for a simple way to reduce lower back and hip pain?

Whether your babe is in your belly or on your hip, give the 'hip check' practice a go for a week and see what happens in your body.

If you have a heavy baby that tends to hang off one hip, try alternating which hip you put him on. Even better, try having him ride on your back or carry him front and center. Your hips and lower back will thank you!
