A safe core workout for pregnancy and beyond

Have you tried the "leg wag" core workout?

This not only gets into deep core muscles but also the tiny little stabilizing muscles around your lower back and hips that will help to keep you standing tall and strong (and hopefully without lower back pain!)

This is a favorite pose in my prenatal yoga classes. It's challenging, it involves a gentle spinal stretch and it helps contribute to those sexy yoga arms 😉

Baby will love you spending time on your hands and knees too because it gives him extra space to move around. Enjoy!
