One of my students told me today that a big focus for her during her second pregnancy is to build strength in her legs and hips - to try and avoid the aches and pains from her last pregnancy, but most importantly, to prepare her for labor.
So take a look at this 'puppy peeing on the fire hydrant pose', or 'fire hydrant pose' for short ;-) Once you try it, you'll know why I gave it this name... Really try and picture that fire hydrant...
This pose can sometimes be awkward, so take it slowly and make sure you are on a soft, supportive surface.
