Preconception Yoga

9AM every Saturday.

Thinking of raising a human? This class will give you space to prepare your body, mind and spirit BEFORE YOU CONCEIVE (or adopt). Any woman who is considering having a baby one day is welcome.

Prenatal Yoga

10AM every Saturday.

Grow as your baby grows. This class will help you to develop strength, bond with baby and alleviate any pregnancy anxiety or discomforts. Practice labor coping techniques and prepare for motherhood.

Postnatal Yoga

11AM every Saturday.

Knit your body back together, unwind tight shoulders, strengthen your core and relieve the stresses of adjusting to motherhood. This class is ideal for brand new mamas and long-term mamas alike.

8PM every Sunday.

Allow Suzzie Vehrs to gently guide you through 20minutes of relaxation, visualization and affirmations. You will finish this class feeling refreshed, inspired and ready for another week of creating or raising a human.

Got fertility/pregnancy/birth/ parenting questions and don't quite trust Dr Google? Join this class to ask questions and learn from our resident psychologist/ doula/birth educator/fertility geek - Britney Ewry. Just listen in, or join the conversation.

Prenatal Yoga

4PM every Thursday.

Relax and unwind your beautiful pregnant body mid-week with Stephanie Hoverson. She will guide you through important pregnancy yoga poses, and help you to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth.

Kids Yoga (3-6yo)

4:30pm every Wednesday.

Get your wiggles out, learn some fun yoga poses and learn important mindfulness techniques from Bianca Bloomfield. This class is interactive, so your kids will have the opportunity to express their feelings and get feedback from Bianca.

Kids Yoga (6-10yo)

5PM every Wednesday.

This highly interactive kids yoga class will give your 6-10yo an opportunity to build strength, resilience and mindfulness. Each class will end with a guided relaxation/meditation to calm busy minds, while inspiring their creativity.

Before you join a class...

1. Register at the class and time that works for you above (times are all in Pacific Time) 2. You will receive a Zoom video link to add to your calendar 3. When it is time to join class, just click on the link (from your phone or PC) and we will "check you in" and give you a big virtual hug 4. We'll chat before class starts, and then the yoga will go for around 30mins Easy right? Here is a short video about the signs to look out for when exercising during pregnancy, that might indicate you need to back off or sit down...
